Host Us!
As you probably know by now, we are on a journey to visit the center of every state, and we plan on staying with people we meet throughout our trip. If you live in the U.S., this means that 1) we are definitely coming to your state, and 2) we will need a place to stay while we are passing through. The question is, “Why not you?” So check out our route map, and if it looks like we’ll be coming through your neighborhood, why not invite us over?
If hosting two travelers sounds appealing, use the form below to volunteer your home, your relatives’ homes, or your friends’ homes for us to potentially stay in! If hosting two vagabonds desperately in need of a shower sounds completely unappealing, then volunteer your enemies’ homes!

Its Freda from Tuttle! What a wonderful experience that you will be having. Although, I know that you are always up for an adventure. I don’t know if you remember me, but I am part of the Chorus. We would love to have you here in Ventura for as long as you would like to stay. We are on the coast, off Hwy 101 and 1, so it might be a good location. There was just a bike ride for AIDS a week ago from San Francisco to LA and some friends rode in it. They stayed here overnight in Ventura. So hope that it works out for you to come by and maybe Mom and Dad can come at the same time. Take care and we are all so proud of you and Laura. Best wishes to you both.

I work with Teresa Coker and she told me about your adventure. My parents live in Midland, TX and they would love to host ya’ll when you come through west Texas next May. From your route, it looks as if you will be going through Midland or very close to it. We also have relatives around Brookhaven, Mississippi. I’ll sign them up, also, on your website for hosting. Hey friends…what an adventure! Dave and I are actually in St. Louis now, but we have lots of Washington contacts when you need them. Maybe even Idaho, and my grandparents will be in Hawaii this winter as well (they are on Oahu). Let us know if you need help in those areas.

Hey! Laura, I’m not sure if you remember me, Cynthia from Music ED/Oboe/Lawton!=) After I sent in info to be able to host, I realized yall will be on the Big Island and not Oahu. BUt if you two decide to head on over, you are more than welcome to come stay with us for however long. We’ll be stationed on Oahu starting in late December 2007 for three years. This trip sounds so amazing, and I hope you continue to have lots of fun! Maybe we’ll get to say Aloha to each other!
